Free Shipping: Available for online orders over $99 (before tax, after discounts).
Standard Shipping Fee: A $79 delivery service fee applies to online orders below $99.
Geographic Limitation: Shipping is only available to addresses within the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.
Free Pickup Option: Select 'Free Pickup' at checkout. Additional pickup instructions will be provided via email after order placement.

Occasionally, we use 3rd party couriers to deliver our products across Canada. Please check their website or contact their customer service when you receive your shipping notification to see what protocols they have in place.
Small Parcel
We do not require signatures for small parcel deliveries. However, the decision to leave your package will be at the discretion of the 3rd party courier. If you have questions, please refer to their website for more information.
Large Parcel
We require signatures for large parcel deliveries. Large deliveries include the basics of getting your purchase to your front door. For apartments, the front door is considered the lobby of your building. For information relating to the delivery service of your large parcel, please refer to the 3rd party carriers website.
